Reflexology
A wonderful physical modality that is done through the feet. Incredible healing and well being can be achieved by the activation and manipulation of points on the feet that correspond with all organs and systems in the body.
Energy Healing
Energy Healing is a very broad term. My version of it is things learned and things known through my own life experience and my own spiritual guides. Every session is different and is determined by the client's needs and intention for healing. It is a non-evasive hands on healing that can be changed to included tuning forks or crystals...again depending on the client and the intuitive promptings that Tracey receives.
This is an extremely powerful and life affirming modality.

 Hi, I would very much like to share my personal experience, with meeting Tracy. I met her through a mutual friend and was invited to one of her workshops... I went open minded as the topic was,"Communicating with those that had passed on"... I was interested in this phenomena... It never occurred to me that spirits, or angels could communicate with us. Through some guidance from Tracey as to how to relax and let your mind wonder, people I knew who were gone came and talked to me... At first I thought that it was me talking to myself, but I would not have said what I heard to myself. Very interesting!!!! Lots of other people in the group had similar experiences. I went to Tracey for individual private sessions. After talking for a brief time she had me lay down, close my eyes, and relax.... I was in for a very interesting experience... She would lay hands on me and say nothing... It was a healing session, whereby I went back throughout my life and got in touch with things that had hurt me, or caused me pain in some way. By getting in touch with the source of pain, I was able to confront it, forgive the situation, circumstances or people involved, including myself, and then let it go...Letting it go, freed me from my prison walls, and lifted me to a new dimension, in understanding myself and my world around me. It was like peeling an onion layer be layer....lots of tears. and lots of cleansing... Tracey does have a gift, that she uses to help others and extend the universe as it should...
